    beach on friday, need help to get my abs to show liitle better

    I had 3 or 4 days where i was so busy i had to live on food that you buy in store ready to eat. Like cool chicken breats in bag, cooked rice..Well they are usually high in sodium and i lost my nice abb deffinition mainly lower abs. You can tell im holding some water there, IS THERE A TRICK i can do to bring my abs to normal for friday?

    i was told to do this, but that came from people from my gym:
    -eat very little tomm.
    -dont drink water for a day
    -drink alcohol night before and dont drink any water before the beach..lol'

    I was thinking maybe no carbs tomm, and drink shit laod of water?

    there are some tricks, like mixing up shakes all day and such to get all the food out of your stomach and taking some stuff to pull out all your excess water but unless you're already at a low bf% these won't help much

    im at 9% maybe 10% but closer to 9 %

    If you are at 9% your abs are going to be showing pretty much no matter what.

    I might be at 10 %. They are still slowing, but i see the water im holding in lower section

    throw in some physilum husk to help with that the day before

    do you guys think it will be better to drink very little water tomm or drink more the usual?

    drink very little, if you had more time you could start drinking alot over a period of a few days to get your body to start increasing it's excretion, then you would stop drinking water(or drink very little) and your body would keep excreting it, essentially drying you out

    To drop fluid weight when i was boxing id use a sweat suite, a black bin liner will do. Put this on and jog or skip for 20minutes odd in a warm place will dry you out. This isnt exactly clever but id drop a few KG before fights all the time doing this as i was too big at my weight

    i dont have time to do the suit thing...but im still confused on the no carb and carb load..so far im running really low on carbs for the day

    Damn it, this is what i did today so far and i dont see too much change. I drank very very little water ( i feel like shit from that right now), and im running on very low carbs. Im wont have any carbs for the rest of the day. Should i do a carb load in the morning before beach so i dont look or at least feel too flat?

    i just weigh my self and i dropped 5 pounds, got some of my deffinition back in my lower abs and def. see more veins all over my arm which looks nice. But can someone tell me what i should do tomm?..should i eat carbs? or do a carb load or no carbs?

    lol..duhh..j/k. One more question. What kind of carbs should i load on? and should that be only in am? and go all day with no carbs?

    haha..no BUT WHO KNOWS!!!...(hopefully ). Im just fed up like that. no matter how lean i get im still not 100% happy i hate that about my self!! but yeah ur right today sucked lol

    im on the beach now yeahhhh!!!!! lol. I def got shredded i feel good about all the work i put into it.. i did the carb load this morning..i ate cup of oat meal with jam, 2 slices of wheat bread with some jam..little homefries. Im not sure of water intake and carbs for the rest of the day ( should i drink alot of water now and eat carbs all day?
