Below I've listed my current diet (of past two months) and would like to hear some of your thoughts and input regarding possible tweaks/addictions/majorchanges that can be made to help me. Below the diet I have included some of my stats that you might find helpful in your suggestions.
I'm attempting to bulk up as much as possible:
Meal 1:
4 Egg whites, 4 cups grilled chicken, 1 glass of milk, WW bagel
Meal 2:
2 cups grilled chicken, 4 slices ww bread
Meal 3:
2 cups grilled chicken, 4 slices ww bread, 2 cups almonds
WORK-OUT
Meal 4:
4 cups grilled chicken, 4 slices ww bread, 2 cups lima beans
Meal 5:
4 cups lean beef (steak, etc.), 4 cups pasta, assorted veggies
Meal 6:
4 cups almonds, 1 glass milk
Current Stats;
5'9, 165lbs, 9% body fat, gaining about 2 lbs per month.
Gym Schedule;
M- chest+tri, T- Legs, W- off, T- biceps+shoulders, F- back, S- traps,stomach, SU- off
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
