    Give an example of one day keto diet please?!

    I am going to start this Keto diet and I want to know the foods and at what time you guys are eating them. I need ideas Thanks!

    Thanks alot man, today was my first day, I ended up eating no more than 25g of carbs. I am very tired though and kinda light headed. I am trying to read and see how healthy this diet is. I hope I can shed some extra fat for VEGAS! Anyhow back to your Q. [email protected] Thanks

    meat and nothing but meat. That's the jist of a keto diet. NOTHING BUT MEAT!!!!!!!!!! MAYBE AN EGG OR 2.

    5:30am workout
    post workout protein shake - 4 carbs

    9:00 am
    8 full eggs
    1/2 lb bacon

    12:30 pm
    2 cans of tuna
    ceasar salad (no bread crumbs)

    3:00 pm
    chicken breast
    cheese

    5:30 pm
    ground beef
    cabbage

    8:00 pm
    Bedtime protein shake

    Eat 1 box of Knox gelatine every day for a quality 30grams of protein

    I ve been doing this for almost two weeks and I went from 281lbs to 265lbs I'm 6'2

    I haven't lost any power in the gym, I sleep better, and I have a lot more energy

    Eay less than 20 g of carbs per day and no caffeine
