Hi.
im currently doing what alot of people are and im trying to get rid of my gut, would like to lose some of my belly for a holiday,
ive been doing 3 8km runs on the treadmill pw, 1 min at 65 2 mins at 75, for 45 mins,
im shifting weight but the problem is my face is very drawn, makes me look real skinny in face,feels like its only going off my face
any suggestions ??
