    Diet for off days

    Should I change my diet for off days???
    Im following a rough 40-40-20 diet everyday right now, but Im still modifying it as I learn, and read more.

    yes, we'll show you how to do that but a basic layout is on off days you decrease carbs(as you don't need them for lifting) and increase good fats

    ^^^ agreed... your off days should be closer to your bmr.. you would also have to predicate how active you are on your off days.. as in, are you on your ass at an office?? or are you workin at usps haulin shit?? these things make a big diff

    Well Dana you skip the PWO meals so less carbs than on the days that you work out but it´s hard to know how to change it when I don´t know how you eat on your work out days. Add more greens and EFAs. You don´t have to have a low or no carb day but if you want to can change two carb meals to two pro/fat meals.

    id definately lower carb intake on off days.
