No guys, thats not the problem. Have clomid, have nolva, currently taking l-dex on cycle to lower estro, going off l-dex about 3-4 days prior to starting clomid and nolva, since l-dex diminishes nolva's effectiveness. I just want to know the best diet to avoid lean mass loss. Maybe you guys didnt understand. I dont need help with pct, already have that and could probably teach you guys more about than you probably know. not being trying to be a prick, but I dont have a bio degree from Stanford for the hell of it. I need advice on diet, let me repeat that again.....DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET. just in case the first ones didnt sink in. I have diet already in hand, but want to know the best methods for cutting after cycle with diet, without sacrificing lean mass. I already know how to keep it with a regular diet, just want to know if there is a way to cut up without having to use any ancillaries like winny or proviron, or tren with prop, etc....to maintain lean mass. I have no idea what the last comments were even fuking about, since I made it clear that i have pct in hand.I just want diet advice, nothing else. that is my only weak area.
