Coming off cycle-how can I keep what i have gained?
Currently taking Enan-500mg a week with Furagano. I know some people dont like to mix otc with the real deal, but hey if you read up they are two different compounds and act in different ways so no bashing or opinions wanted on that subject. I am just getting the jitters since I am coming off a pretty long cycle. I gained around 25lbs of solid muscle and look great. I have probably around 3-4% bf I would like to drop so I know I will sacrifice some lean mass, but I am scared about losing a lot. Diet is dialed in, but since I want to lose fat and maintain, what would you guys advise?
I was thinking about doing a short keto run, 14 days to jump start the fat loss, when I start my clomid and clen . But then I have second thoughts about losing the carbs and what that might do to my gains. I guess I am looking for a good cutting routine without losing too much of the gains from the cycle. I already know to keep protein up and to make sure and eat really clean, but what can I do to advance the fat loss without a big sacrifice of lean mass? That is one reason why I am running the clen since I know it has good anabolic qualities, but will it really help in a hypocaloric environment and will that be detrimental to the gains I have made?
I am currently 210 5'9, 10%bf. I dont mind dropping weight as long as it is fat and minimal lean mass. what advice can you guys give. again diet is great, but my experience with coming off is nil. so I need great advice on a coming off cycle diet without the loss of lean mass.

Dude are you a f*cking idiot? Why would you not do your research before pumping your body full of this stuff???s Sorry to be a prick. But this should have been planned out before injecting anything. You obviously have no idea. And better get some nolva and clomid fast.

No guys, thats not the problem. Have clomid, have nolva, currently taking l-dex on cycle to lower estro, going off l-dex about 3-4 days prior to starting clomid and nolva, since l-dex diminishes nolva's effectiveness. I just want to know the best diet to avoid lean mass loss. Maybe you guys didnt understand. I dont need help with pct, already have that and could probably teach you guys more about than you probably know. not being trying to be a prick, but I dont have a bio degree from Stanford for the hell of it. I need advice on diet, let me repeat that again.....DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET. just in case the first ones didnt sink in. I have diet already in hand, but want to know the best methods for cutting after cycle with diet, without sacrificing lean mass. I already know how to keep it with a regular diet, just want to know if there is a way to cut up without having to use any ancillaries like winny or proviron , or tren with prop, etc....to maintain lean mass. I have no idea what the last comments were even fuking about, since I made it clear that i have pct in hand.I just want diet advice, nothing else. that is my only weak area.

Don't bash people who are trying to help - if you'd have posted in the diet forum nobody would have jumped the gun regarding your PCT. Smart guy.

The guy called me a ****ing idiot and that tells me that he obviously did not read my entire post. So that is why I responded the way I did. I posted here because I am looking for a broad variety of ideas for pct diet. I already have a great diet, I was looking for someone out there who might have something better. Thats all smart a$$
