Thread: need help getting started

    need help getting started

    so ive tried everything but this. protein, lots and lots of food, tons of lifting heavy, supplements out of my ass and i still can get big or gain that much weight. im 5 8 and 145. im looking to get to 165 possibly 170. does anyone have any advice to give me? i basically just wanna start here and then see what i can get and go from there. thanks.

    breakfast: 6 15 three eggs with chese and ham scrambeld, potatoes, and usually some fruit with water.

    lunch: 1100 chicken, fish or some kind of red meat rice potatoes and a vegi

    dinner 1700 usually the same as lunch, one of the three.

    i usually will throw in two protein shakes in between meals, one consisting of 900 calories and the other is only about 300. two differnt types of shakes. one has creatine as well, but not much.

    sorry correction, two throughout the day. not two in between both meals.

    Thats your diet right there...... Which is your problem... Most diets are like 6-8 meals a day. This on is a bulker below and 6 meals still.. Lots of food. Protein every meal. Here is an example. Binos Diet.

    Dude I eat what you eat all day by noon! You are lucky if you are getting 2000-2500 calories a day! You need more protein and more quality food Listen to what c-Z says and follow his link! need to split those meals up as he says also I myself eat about 8 times a day sometimes more

    Also left out. It doesn't matter if you have 5 2000 calorie protein shakes a day... They are good for a quick fix. you need solid food. Not liquid. If you look at the cutting diet... He's eating more then you are and cutting... No way you will bulk at all on that diet... You need to hit the diet section.

    ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL
