    cravings

    hey, I was just wondering what some people do when there having bad cravings for food? I work grave yard and I take care of my 1 yo son till my gf gets home. So I usually workout in the morning around 9:30 or so then I'm pretty much chillin around the house till 2:30 till she gets home. I go out for walks with him and play, but alot of times just from being home I just want to stuff my face, not even really hungry, just being home makes me that way. Any secrets? Anyone home all day that can tell what they do when they get these erges? Thanks

    im sure we can answer this and give you helping hand perhaps.

    can you please your diet up like a daily basis what you eat, that will determine if your under eating and what your eating. etc.

    working graveyard kinda messses with my eating pattern, but its about like this.
    drink some whey protein shake as I run out the door for work at 9:45
    mid nightish usually eat something small like 2 cheese sticks and some mixed nuts
    2:30 am is lunch and i usually try something decent like chicken or beef left over from dinner, some veg and brown rice or sweet potatoe

    next meal is around 8:30 with either cereal (cheerios or something close) or some eggs 4-5 and some sort of meat
    workout..
    then around 1:30 or so I eat some kind of sandwich or salad with either tuna or canned chicken.

    then off to bed at 2:30 and do it all again..
    this is all new, i just started this all about 2 weeks ago. I used to eat way worse and all day

    sit down and figure out macros for what your eating

    also be sure and include your stats and goals

    by the looks of it you are not nearly eating enough. hard to tell without macros tho

    yep include all macros and workout what your daily intake should be at.

    from first look of it, you dont look like you are eating enough, also your choice of food is very poor sorry to say.

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    yeah I know my diet isnt the best, but it was way worse before. Working a crazy shift at work and taking care of a 1 yo kinda takes alot of time so i do what I can. Like I said, it was just in the past 2 weeks or so I have been trying to eat better. Thanks for the links i will get on them and try to learn, but here are my stats... I just weighted myself

    age 30
    weight 208
    height 6 foot
    bf% no clue? 20%+
    workout routine follows

    Sun rest
    Mon shoulders/back...cardio for about 10 min
    Tues Abs/triceps
    Wed Chest/Legs
    Thur rest
    Fri alot of calistenics and resistence stuff
    Sat biceps..cardio for about 10 min
