hey, I was just wondering what some people do when there having bad cravings for food? I work grave yard and I take care of my 1 yo son till my gf gets home. So I usually workout in the morning around 9:30 or so then I'm pretty much chillin around the house till 2:30 till she gets home. I go out for walks with him and play, but alot of times just from being home I just want to stuff my face, not even really hungry, just being home makes me that way. Any secrets? Anyone home all day that can tell what they do when they get these erges? Thanks
