    trusted "nutrition facts" website?

I'm looking for a trusted website for nutritional info, specifically cal/pro/cab/fat.

I can google specific items but I was wanting to look up lots of options to help increase my database on the diet worksheet/spreadsheet Im working on.

If anyone would like to look over the spreadsheet I can email it or whatever. It takes into account all the factors I've researched here and is easily customizable

Agreed; Fitday however only because of one point ; you can fill in CUSTOM foods... If your making a specific diet then your going to make custom foods for EVERY item in your diet to be positive what's going in your body.

It's never exact unless you put it in, sometimes not even close.
