Alrite simple question, i have my pre work out meal, just some carbs to get through the workout. Then after the workout my stomach is pretty much empty so its ideal for cardio time. Do i go do cardio right after without taking in protien to maxmize fat burning during cardio, and i plan on doing 45-60 min of cardio. Or do i take in some protien becuase i just finished my workout. Dont know if holding off on the protein for 45-60 min while doing cardio will hurt my muscles.
