    cardio and pwo meal

I have been doing pwo cardio x 5 days for 30-45 min keeping hr under 130bpm. the question is time is always against me. I usually have a whey shake with a scoop or oats w/water right after. If I cannot have that re-feed meal within that 1-1.5 hour period, could I make another shake/oats?

I know that real food sources are key, but sometimes I train in between work or after work when its really late in the evening. Sometimes when I get home really late I will not even have dinner, just a casein shake..

yea i guess it also depends on how much time you have from coming home and going to sleep. if you are pressed for time id do 20-30 min PWO cardio and skip your shake. just go immediately home and have your protein/carb meal.

if I cut down my cardio I get that " im cheating myself feeling" if I dont do 30 min. So lets say I finish work @630 and train between 7 and 8. Do I wait to eat pro/carb w/o pwo shake and skip casein before bed? By the time I finish dinner its around 9ish. 10-1030 Im in bed..

here's whats messed up, My diet is picture perfect if my schedule is pretty easy. When things start getting busy I run into challenges. I tupperware everything so getting all of my meals in is not an issue. If I work from 5am to 7pm heres when I have problems...

Eat, I just checked on another one of the threads on cardio. Do you think that if I run into a time issue I should do HIIT on those days for @10-13min?

Ive done HIIT before so Im familiar with the routine.
