Do you care to explain what you mean by shakes? Protein shakes or is this some designer steroid!

i have some weight, bt wouldnt say im chubby....im verry inbetween
shake can be benefitial only two times in the day..
1. immediatly after your workout (this would be a whey shake)
2. right before bed (this would be a casien shake)
whey hits your system within 20min which would help revive your amino acid levels after a tough workout
