dextrose....
hey. this is a silly question but wondering if u could clear it up for me.
i allow myself 100 -120 grams of carbs a day in my diet. i watched milo's ''secret of the pro's'' and he said a simple carb immediatly after a workout is good for u.
now for my question. i am planning on taking dextrose as that simple carb but there are 82g of carbs in it. (81.9 of which are dextrose). does this mean i only have 18-38 of carbs left to consume in my diet??

split the carbs up between breakfast, pre and post workout.
