you train at 9 PM
You finish at 10 PM and at 10.15 PM, you take your simple carbs and fast digest protein
If your last meal is at 11 PM and you go sleep at 12 PM,can I eat carbs at this time even I m going to sleep ?
Given that my goal is to get rid of fat, I'm not sure that I can eat carbs.
