    Weight Gain after Las Vegas-HELP

    So i have just returned after 5 days in LV...ate at Bellagio buffet,CP Buffet,PH Buffet,CheeseBurger Las Vegas in the Miracle Mile,Blondies,Planet Dailies twice in PH,Order Pizza and Wings from New York Pizza,ate at Earl in Wich on numerous occasions..Drank anywhere from 25-35 alcoholic beverages a day...i just checked the weight scale and I am up 11 pounds..thats 38500 calories...i obviously had alot more but i am assuming cause of all the walking around i might have burned some calories..i feel like crap....i am border line overweight as it is...so this has tooken me over the edge...i know i shouldnt be asking on the forum on how to lose the LV weight but i am looking to see what others do when they get back..unfortunately i went out of control.

    you ate too much and binged.. just get back on your reg diet man.. it'll come off.. if it doesn't, subtract 200 cal e3d untill you drop weight...
