which one is better
which one is better ?? sweet potatoes or normal potatoes? and why

These potatoes are both boiled and both 200g.
The difference is on the gi index, sweet potatoes is slightly lower gi and higher in fibre, of course there are other differences but those are some of things guys look on here and you would want to utilise.

Sweet potatoes are a lower glycemic index and thus will be a longer carb source
Go with Sweet Potatoes

Sweet is lower GI, but higher sugar and less vitamins/minerals...
