    diet is ok but i can't overeat to hike up my caloris?

    Any advise, pills to make u eat extra or whatever...appetitezers, let me know?

    well first off all if you want to increase your apetite, you should eat every 2 to 3 hours, make sure you get your breakfast in and that should get the ball rolling.

    also this is the life of a bodybuilder, you will have to force feed yourself and put in the hard work.

    believe me all of us at one stage or other, felt like throwing up
    i have even had the food come back on me many times.

    thanks collar, i am a selective reader and eater as well , i found your advise to be the best.

    yea.. eat alotta white bread and keep your protien under 50g a day... that'll fix ya right up..

    now selectivly find the door...

    I'd like to make a toast to world peace...


    Try eating more ww pasta, it worked for me. I seem to be able to eat it when i'm not hungry unlike yams, b.rice and oats.

    If you're a ectomorph, remember that you have to try much harder then most other people to gain and It can be hard to eat more 3000 calories, so you need calorie dense food that is easy to take in.

    I think alot of other body types think it's easy because they've never had to deal with it, just like I might not totally understand a endo having so much trouble keeping fat off.

    What a vicious cycle of hate!!! WHYYYYYY!!!!!????

    No easy way around getting more calories...you must consume them. Eating is half the fun anyway, especially easy to boost cals when you consume enough EFA's throughout the day (and night).
