justa a few questions regarding diets
im currently cutting, ive increased my cardio quite a bit in order for this - still training obviously, and I still have a pre workout meal , carbs + protein - should I still be doing this?
Oats + whey normally
Secondly, I was wondering about how to time it, like atm I am having the majority of my carbs in the first 3 meals, breakfast, pre workout, then gym..then post workout (i work nights, so say I get up 2pm, then i go to the gym for 7, etc) then work, the rest of my meals are mainly meat + veggies ...would this be fine?
