    Pre loading carbs 2 hours before the gym

    Is it wrong before a workout 2 hours to have 1 cup whole grain noodles 3 slices american cheese with pepper. To pre load your carbs, then have a shake with 0 carbs and 27 grams of protien 1 hour before?

    i wait 1.5 hours prior to working oout... currently i go about 1 hour because i take in a simplee carb-banana and whey as my pre workout meal.
