    my diet plan need your opinion

    hey guys just about to start a anabolic novice cycle was wondering what u guys thought of my diet plan

    I am 175cm tall, weigh 63kgs. train 4-5 days a week


    Aim – 2110 Calories per day, 150 Grams Protein per day,

    Morning – 9:00am
    Protein Shake with 1 glass of full cream milk
    2 Weetbix mixed with 1 glass of full cream milk
    Total - 43.7 Grams Protein, 36.3 Grams Carbs,
    320 Calories Total

    Brunch 11:00am
    1 Mini Can Tuna Toasted Sandwich, White Bread 2 Slices with lettuce and tomato
    Total - 26.3 Grams Protein, 38.2 Grams Carbs
    258 Calories Total

    Lunch 1:00pm
    200 Grams of Skinless Chicken Breast, grilled with olive oil, 2 Carrots
    1 Banana
    Total – 84* Grams Protein, 41 Grams Carbs
    490 Calories Total

    Pre Gym 1:45pm
    1 Teaspoon Creatine with Luke warm water
    0 Proteins, Carbs





    Post Gym – 3:00pm
    Protein Shake (24 Grams Protein) with 1 glass of full cream milk (8.0 Grams Protein)
    ½ Teaspoon Creatine, with Luke warm water
    Total – 32 Grams Protein, 16.2 Grams Carbs
    192.8 Calories Total

    Dinner - 6:00pm
    200 Grams Grilled Chicken Breast, With 1 Cup cooked white rice.
    88 Grams Protein, 50 Grams Carbs
    547 Calories Total


    Snack – 9:00pm
    Toasted Tuna Sandwich, white bread 2 slices, with Lettuce and tomato, no butter.
    Total – 26.3 Grams Protein, 37.6 Grams Carbs
    255.6 Calories Total

    Before Bed
    Casein Protein shake, with 1 glass full cream milk
    Total – 32 Grams protein, 16.2 Grams Carbs

    you measure meats raw, might be a mistake?

    It should be measured raw, it would actually have more protein if measured cooked as 250g raw will end up about 200g once cooked. 200g raw only has 47 grams of protein.

    yep also, OP your PRE BED shake... if your gnna do casein mix it with water only and add an EFA liek fish oil

    well i was aiming for 2110 but came over that in calorie count so that cant be bad?
    i have a fast metabolism whats a way to correct this diet plz
