Trying to lose 80lbs of fat - my plan

    Hi guys,
I am trying to lose 80lbs of body fat.
(I hope this is the right place to post this, forgive me if its not)

My goal is really to just lose weight and get toaned. If I can gain some muscle then great, but thats not the priority.

My current weight is 260lbs, and I am 6ft tall.

I have a little bit of strength as I could probably bench max 225. Yes I know that not that much strength.

I have an average to slow metabolism so it does take me a little longer to lose weight.

BUT I am determined to lose it.
I workout - lift and jog - 6 days a week. chest, back, deltoids, triceps, biceps, legs, all followed by 20-45minutes of cardio

I am trying to maintain a 2,000 calorie diet. 180g of protein/d, lots of vegetables and some carbs, and a little bit of fat.

Also trying to get 1/2 - 1 gallon of water/day

    Supplements
(NOTE: I do not i want to take any type of FAT BURNER supplement, such as hydroxcut, clen, ephedra, etc; they make me really moody and uncomfortable)

    Tonalin CLA 8g/day
    ALA alpha lipoic acid 1.2g/day
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 5g/day
    Green Tea Extract 1.5g/day
    Chromium Picholionate: 700mg/day

    My questions:

Granted I stick to this diet and work out routine...

Do you have any estimate on how long it might take me to lose all this body fat (80lbs)?

Any estimate on how much body fat I could lose a month?

Any suggestions on supplements I should take, increase or decrease?

    Thanks!

20-45 minutes of cardio is a very broad range. I would be doing a minimum of 45 minutes 7 days a week. 10 lbs of pure fat loss a month would be doing very very good. 8lbs would be a good realistic goal. As you get leaner its going to get harder to keep dropping at the same rate you can now.
