When I started working out I was about 25 and about 130lbs between then and now I have done 3 cycles. The first 2 I gained about 25lbs and kept about 15. The last one I put on about 10lbs. I am 170 at the moment but the most I weighed was about 190lbs. I think my diet is all wrong. Here is basically what I have eatin this week.
monday
9am frosted cheerios with milk
11am turkey and ham sandwich
1pm pork chops, mac and cheese, and green beans
4pm protein shake
7pm protein shake
930pm chicken alfredo
tuesday
9am frosted cheerios
11am turkey and ham sandwich
1pm chicken alfredo
4pm protein shake
7pm 5 chicken soft tacos and some nachos from taco bell
11pm pepporoni bagel bites
weds
9am hardees frisco sandwich add bacon
11am brown sugar cinnamon pop tart
1pm 3 chicken planks fries and corn from long john silvers
4pm protein shake
7pm protein shake
8pm 1ft meatball and cheese sub from subway
Is anything ok with this?

170lbs bf% is I am guessing 12%
training for 6 years
1 cycle a year for the last 3 years
What adjustments could I do and what could I add to gain weight. I plan on doing some sust in sept. I would like to end up around 190 again.
