    Always Hungry

    Below are my stats and current days food.
    I am really going nuts. I am hungry. This happens everyday. I eat ahead of schedule. Then i get this long stretch from 8pm to 11pm where I get really hungry. Also I am tired of just eating plain meat. I crave carbs and I crave greek 0% Fage Yogurt.

    What should I do? Eat the Yogurt? Its 40g Protein, 18g Carbs(Sugar), 0 Fat
    Only eat more lean protein?

    How much fat will I pack on if I eat complex carbs at this hour. SHould I avoid them 100%.

    I am 6' 197lbs 32 years old 8%bf

    BMR= 1990
    TDEE= 3085

    2 scoops of whey
    1/2cup of Dextrose

    11:30am
    7.5oz of Grilled Chicken
    1 Yam
    4oz Asparagus
    68g 60g 8g

    2:00pm
    1/2 Roasted Chicken
    1 Yam
    70g 47g 10g

    4:00pm
    8oz Bison Meat
    1 Yam
    4oz Asparagus
    50g 47g 4g

    6pm
    1 scoop of whey
    6 eggwhites

    8pm
    1/2 Roasted CHicken
    70g 0g 10g

    11pm Will have
    1 scoops of whey
    6 eggwhites
    45g 0g 0g

    Daily Goals
    Protein 425
    Carbohydrates 275
    Fats 73
    Total Calories 3500

    1st cycle 12 weeks Sust 625mg. Completed July '08
    2nd cycle 12weeks Test E 500mg. Completed February '09
    On 333mcg/day of HGH. Started March '09

    I am now soooo hungry. The lining of my stomach may disappear.

    im guessing ur bulking? lol the extra tub of yogurt i dont think will hurt that much in all honestly
    hahahah its sunday arvo here
    if its saturday night u should be out having fun, not on a steroid forum about ur diet IMO
    if ur that hungry add soem steamed vegies into ur meals
    do what fat chicks do, chew on some celery, just eat some low calorie vegies if u dont want to increase ur calories

    also i noticed alot of whey protein
    try switching to a casein protein, itll fill u up alot more then whey, whey just makes u hungry again quick because it digests so fast
    whey should be used after ur workouts IMO

    5 scoops of whey a day is a lot like mentioned above, you could be eating something like a small chicken breast in place of each scoop (or any other source of lean protein), I also notice the dextrose which is 80g of carbs (I assume pwo) you could sub oats for that and won't see any difference in results (80g carbs via oats is like 1.5 cups uncooked, add a little cinnamon and a pack of splenda and it'll taste good too). These 2 changes will give you significantly more food to eat each day and will probably give you better results in and out of the gym.

    I just got my ON casein today. 1 scoop in water.. that thing is THICK as hell... believe me.. there's no way you could be hungry after that.. it sits in your stomach like a stone.. but yeah.. I get most of my calories from whole foods

    not bulking

    I am acutally not bulking right now. I am staying lean. I am around 8% and dont have to try that hard to stay there.

    Some days I will skip my shake and replace it with a meal. The thing is I use the shakes as a way to eat when I am busy. Its hard to eat like this and not because its tough to get the food down but because its hard to find the time to eat.

    Regardless of how many scoops I have of whey. I am hungry. Even when I dont eat the whites and the scoop of whey I am hungry after eating a meal.

    I think it is two things. I just want to know what you other guys think it is. The growth has sped my already superfast metabolism up to the point where I can eat and eat and eat and I will just want more. The other thing is that I am not full because I am not eating carbs. My mere 265 a day is just not enough for my metabolism. I fear that if I eat them later, which is when I am hungry, i will go to 10-12%bf and this is not what I want.

    In the winter I was not hungry like this at night. I would eat whatever I found consumable regardless of carbs and fat. This though did produce a bf 12-15% on cycle. So between water and fat i was beefy. I also though was not on growth.

    A stalk of celery would not do a thing for me. I don't count things like that into my diet. Its like nibbiling on lettuce. It just is like eating air.

    Saturday nights? Married, Kids, Business and House and the GYM. No time and it does not equate to anything.

    lose the shakes and replace them with meals.. that should help your hunger..

    you wouldn't be on t3 or anything would u??

    t3 makes me hungry enough to eat a horse
