Question Will a "marathon" cardio session (LI) burn muscle?

I'm trying to cut about 10 pounds as quickly as possible (2.5-3 weeks)
Will performing 2-3.5 hours of very low intensity exercise (walking 8% incline at 3.3 mph) spare muscle and primarily burn fat? This is done on an empty stomach (until I drink my shake) and although I'm a sweaty mess when I'm done my HR stays low (I could easily talk to someone while doing this), this is done on a non-lift day or at least separated from weights by 8 hours.

    Here's the "routine";
    1) take ECA (30mg/300mg/160mg) on an empty stomach then start walking.

    2) After 30 minutes once ECA has absorbed periodically sip on my whey protein for the next 45 minutes (2 scoops whey mixed with water and 9g glutemine.

    3) Then walk for about 2-3 hours drinking about 1 gallon of water in the meantime.

To my understanding this Low Intensity work will spare glycogen and burn fat, the whey and glutamine is to provide my body with aminos (to spare muscle) just incase.

My diet is very clean and in check, I don't see how it applies but if wondering I'm 5' 9.5'', 190lbs, ~16%, 25yrs, carb cycling, all natty, natural endo bodytype, avg daily macros 70g f/150g c/300g p

ok well firsty NO, u wont spare ALL ur muscle BUT a majority will be
low intensity walking isnt muscle burning
HOWEVER the longer u go for low intensity, the more likely u are to burn muscle since ull be running lower and lowerin glycogen

if ur worried about loosing to much muscle
calculate ur BMR, once u have this make sure u have a good ratio diet, by looks of urs u have done ur ratios but i dont know what ur BMR is

if u want to spare muscle u should aim for no more then a 500 calorie defecit, this will allow u to spare muscle

2-3 hours of walking is ALOT, look at olympic marathon walkers, they walk at a lower intensity but are still VERY lean
try instead doing 30mins of light jogging, itll burn equal amount of fat as 1 hours worth of walking
and ur less likely to burn muscle within that time frame

I do and it worked fine for me.
    I walked at 15 speed 3.4 - 4.8.
Had to keep upping the speed to maintain the low intensity after months of doing it.
Pretty much my cardio leading up to my show.
Tried HITT, did not work well

tahts the trick that people ALWAYS slip on...theyll do the same shit and their body has adapted to it and will not burn fat like it used to

    Yep
I also took some supps prior to doing cardio to enhance the fat burning.
I have a Heart Monitor so i try and keep it in between where it needs to be.
    For me it was 128 - 149.
I preferred it steady at 140

I laugh in my head when I go to my gym.
Everyone thinks running is the key to loose the weight.
They run and run and run and ........................... eat crap when they get home.

As you drop weight it is also less taxing on your body, hence becomes less intense. I know walking on an incline at 210lbs is a lot easier than 240lbs.

    Agreed
I miss being able to walk 15 incline and 4.6 speed normal

Hands free, I swing/pump my arms quite a bit. I can Do 8% @ 4mph while still breathing easily with my mouth closed but I like to back off a little If I'm going for more than a hour. I like to make it a point to keep intensity lower during the longer sessions (obviously I always go hard enough to feel like I get something out of it by the time I'm finished).
