    Exclamation Developing food allergies

We all know that you're supposed to rotate protein sources to avoid developing a food allergy. I usually get my daily protein from about 6 sources. Is Turkey and Chicken 2 different source? They're both poultry and seem very similar. What does everybody think, lump them together as 1 or are they different?

They are similar and obviously both white meat...chicken is higher in fat, cals and protein.... than turkey if cooked the same way...and as were eating them for protein reasons mainly... then i would class them as 2 different sources considering protein is higher in one than the other..

I wouldn't worry about it too much, i've been eating chicken forr 1-2 weeks, then switching to salmon for a week for the last couple months without any problems
