I am enetering a police academy and will be doing intense workout from 615am - 745am. I have a general idea that I need a carb/protein mix for breakfast. I have heard oatmeal, egg whites, yogurt, protein shake and some others. I will be waking up at 330am and leaving my house at 440am. My question for everyone is what exactly to eat and when. Also we are allowed an hour lunch and several breaks throughout the day so any help with these meals to kep the energy up would be greatly apreciated too. I usually find all my answers from searching but with this I dont want to make any mistakes. Thanks in advance.
