I'm looking to start a keto diet and see what results I get.. I'm 5'9'' 190lbs, 22yrs old and have about 9-10%bf. My main. cals are 3200! I have a couple of questions about the keto diet because i'm unfamiliar with it..
I'm looking to eat about 2000 calories a day, split into 6 meals..
Meal 1: Whey shake with milk (is milk ok on keto diet?), with 1 tb EVO Oil
Meal 2: 96/4 Ground Beef with 1tb Flaxseed Oil
Meal 3: 99/1 Ground Turkey with 1 1/2 tb Oil
Meal 4: same as 3
Meal 5: Chicken and broccoli
Meal 6: same as 5
"other lean protein options: tuna,salmon,tilapia,eggs,turkey"
Other fats I may use: Peanuts, coconut oil, peanut oil, canola oil, almonds, natural peanut butter
Veggies: only brocolli..
I'll drink nothing but water, any suggestions or does anybody see something wrong with my diet?
