Will zapping the protein and oats in the micro wave for 40 secs render the protein powder less effective?

Thanks! While I have your attention..... Should I lower the amount of my protein intake during cutting? I am taking in 200mgs of protein now during my bulk.

you mean 200g? i iusually keep protein aorund 1.5 all around. during a cut keep the protein intake around that but no more IMO. pull from carbs first before fats (EFA's)
