Sweet Potatoe Shortage

Is it just my area or are Sweet Potatoes impossible to find anywhere these days? I talked to a couple wholesalers and apparently there is a "gap in the crop" this year. We havent had a store with sweet potatoes now for well over a month. I am getting close to the time I pull my rice, I am gonna die if I have to choke down yams.

wow.. that sucks.. i dont tap into sweet potatos as much as i used to.. actually come to think of it i went to my local supermarket and they told me it was "out of season"..

im sure you can find an online produce site who can sell you bulk sweet potatoes and have them delivered

So far the sweet potatoes are still in abundance in New Hampshire. It is pomegranate that I can not find. I like to use the seeds on my salad instead of dressing.
