    what the hell is going on?!

    This weighing scale is brand new so i wouldnt blame it on that. So yeah i weigh myself like two days ago and i was 200lbs. yesterday i weighd myself and i was the same. today i weigh myself and i am about 190lbs. i understand 5lbs always changing. but 10?? my diet didnt really change for the most part so i dont know. Can someone shed some light?

    weight once a week at the same time. I go the day before cheat day, no heavy clothes first thing in the morning.
