I also think plain boneless chicken breast is just downright awful (even with spices added to it). I cut it up into cubes and put it in a burrito with part-skim mozzarella cheese. I'm using Mission carb balance burritos ( http://www.missionmenus.com/pantry.aspx )..
I just made myself a meal with it.. 5.625 oz boneless chicken, 2 burritos, 1 oz part-skim mozz.. 641 cals, 55g protein, 66g carbs (44g fiber), 17g fat.. fits nicely with the rest of my diet.

Depends on how hardcore you want to get with dieting. If you're the type of person who can't eat soemthing unless it's flavorful and enjoyable, than you'll need to research becoming a chef! If you just want the effects of food, than do what Bino does!

Personally, I can't really cook all that well, but you'd be surprised at what kinda simple recipes you can find online, and even here on the forum. I like to bake my chicken breasts, sometimes I smother them in tomatoes, mustard, or spices. Grillin is good too, I usually soak my chicken in soy sauce or something similar before grilling - tastes amazing.

    Thumbs up

Cut it into cubes (about 2-4 per breast) then marinade for 12-24 hours in pure Apple Cider Vinegar (this stuff is only like $4 a gallon), after that grill it of the foreman or better yet a real grill if you have one. I'm telling you TRY IT! It taste great and is an easy way to cook in bulk. Personally I cook about 5lbs at a time, weigh/portion after cooked then eat it cold, such an easy way to cook for a week at a time (at least the chicken part). FYI 4oz raw = about 2.9oz cooked if you weigh your portions.

I like the taste it gives it as long as you make sure to only use the Apple Cider (not white or any other) type. If you feel that the vinegar taste is too strong it helps to dilute it with water and only marinade for 12 hours, a little worcester sauce helps too, that's how my parents make theirs. I love that Apple Cider Vinegar sh*t though, pour it on mine

I tried this the other night.
    1/2 white onion sauted
2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
    1 clove garlic minced
add some curry and chilli powder
when the chicken is done add a sliced mango in at the end and stir for two minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with fresh celentro.

Bro, I do my chicken Breast simple. Buy the 6lb costco pack, Throw them in a big Ziplock Bag, load it up with Zesty Italian Dressing, soak it for 24 hours in the fridge, throw it on the grill.

Keeps em from drying out when you grill em and adds a sh*tload of flavor. Pop em in your mouth like candy and your good to go.

I rarely season mine at all. When I do, I like to put garlic on it.

I usually eat mine with no season at all. But if my girlfriend wants some I put Mrs. Dash on it and she loves it, I like it too. Give that a try, its good or if you like spice try some season salt with cayenne pepper
