Recommendation of Diet Books
Do you guys have any favorites that you have read and think are worth passing on. There is so much to learn about dieting, and I don't want to keep asking people to tweak my diet (although I probably still will).
If anyone has any good books they recommend, throw out some names. Especially the competition people on here.
Thanks!

Well there as been a few I've read
Bodyopus by Dan Dunchaine is a good read but a little out dated
Biochemical, Physiological and Molecular Aspects of Human Nutrition by Martha Stipanuk
a bit complicated for some but got some basics
A Guide to Flexible Dieting by Lyle McDonald as well as his UD2 is really good
Comprehensive Performance Nutrition by Justin Harris
Body RX by Dr. Scott Connely
Burn fat, feed muscle- Tom Venuto
There a bunch of others that are excellent reads a well. Gonna read the Biochem book by Martha this winter
but I think this is a good start for ya
