Question on the diet following a deload on (The slingshot training system)
The protein should be cut in half (I eat 2x bodyweight during reload)
The carb should also be cut in half.
Fat calories should be replacing lost carb/protein kcals!
The calories should be kept at maintenance level or slightly above.
In the deload phase we utilize carb cycling (1 carbup, 1cheat day).
So here is my question: Should we utilize carbup and cheatdays whilst deloading? Hoping someone can help me out here.. [/b]
