looks prett good...you might want to bump up your high days (legs and back) to 300-350g of carbs. The extra cals will jumpstart the metabolism as well!

your not that carb depleted for a refeed IMO.. i like 1 day weekly refeed on leg days and the rest probly at around 150g carbs with the day before your refeed sinking low to around 50g or so.

    currently maintenance/lean gaining

    workout days=230g carb
    non workout days=150g carb

    cardio PWO 4x weekly 2 days 20-HIIT

your high carb days to your lower end is not much of a different, i would give it bit more of a deficit if you want to refeed.

another thing if you were to lower the carbs a fair bit lets say to about 100g.
which is most defently ok all you have to is just increase your EFAS.

Eatrainrest...its all new to me so im just seeing what works...maybe i wont be able to handle carb cycling either.... thanks.

collar.......il be taking a tablespoon of fish or udos choice oil with 4 of my 7 meals and evvo with one....would you say up that if i lower the carbs??

would me lowering the low days to 150g be better? or will that not be low enough??.......with the cardio ill be doing for the next 2 weeks??

    thanks..

Ditto, a true carb cycling cut would be more like, 50-50-50-250 repeat.

well fireguy posted a good breakdown how you should go about it, for carb cycling.

also for efas i would increase them where you drop your carbs for that day.

personally if i dropped 200cal worth carbs, i will increase about 15 to 200 cal worth of efas.

but as general rule for myself, i try consume about 10g of efas most of not all meals.

then they get increased if carbs decrease.

see what combination works for you.

thanks fireguy, for getting back to him.

Use the search tool at the top right corner of the diet forum, you'll get about 4 pages of threads. Plenty of good info already in the archives.

Are you recommending to only eat 50 carbs a day for 3 days then refeed at 250? If so wouldn't you have to be very careful when lifting to keep the intensity low at only 50g of carbs a day to prevent muscle catabolism?
