    Some have 10-20.
I personally use 2 yolks and 8 or 10 egg whites.
Bodybuilding ( food ) is not cheap.
    I just bought 120 eggs, probably last me a 1 1/2 -2 weeks
Some others use lana's egg whites.
    But price is pretty high.

I use egg whites in a carton...I would hate to break that many eggs a day, that would be my workout routine right there!

Since he is worried about cost I would not recommend this. You can get 5 dozen eggs for about the same price as one of those cartons that have a total of 50 grams of protein.

Regarding Lana's Egg Whites, I don't think that .28 per egg is too bad. There's 165 eggs per tub at $46 shipped. That's less trips to the store as well. I will be ordering from them this week.

I've always noticed the liquid whites are much more.
I spend maybe 1-2 minutes cracking my 10 eggs.
I may try Lana's as well, but not right now

Eggs are cheap at Walmart. Also they have a good price at Trader Joe's, if you have one of those. Both are much cheaper than grocery stores.
