my goal is to go down to 10% bf currently im at 14%
started this a week ago and feel a lot harder and lost the bloat from my bulkin already.
im trying very hard to follow hard please critique and help adjust..
this is what my diet looks like i try to get 6 meals a day but sometimes find myself gettin in only 5 remember im tryin to cut and keep muscle
morning
1.
40 grams of protein (from eggwhites)
1/2 cup of oatmeal for carbs
2.
protein shake 60 grams of whey (2 grams total fat)
1 tablespoon of organic flaxseed oil
3. protein (from fish if available for ***** 3s) 40-50 grams
veggies
4.
chicken or steak 30 grams protein preferably buffalo (98% lean)
1/2 oatmeal
work out and 400 calories of cardio at target heart rate (154-160bpm)
5. PWO shake with 1 tablespoon of flaxseed and tuna
6. usually a can of tuna or some sardines (i dont get this in all the time)
my cheat day is the weekends i dont go crazy and on no work out days i cut out the protein shakes and the flax
macros
220-260 grms of protein/ 250-400 grms of carbs/ 100grms of fat
how does it look??? i want to be down to 9-10% bf by october, i have a ecto bodytype ( im doin 1500-2000 calories of cardio a week)
