Cheat meals are useful to mantain diet in other days. The sense of these days is that there's no control: eat what you want and don't feel guilty doing a nonsense cardio. Train and diet harder other days.

I agree with enjoying life to the fullest but if your a member of this site you must have different goals opposed to someone who would rather be on facebook. Sorry to bash facebook but thats just not for me.
Anyways, cheat on the weekends until you feel that your goals start to slow down. Then you might have to lose one of your sat or sun...I was the same way by cheating on the weekends by ever since I changed that to 1 cheat meal a week, I look and feel a lot better.....jmo..........

Cheating the whole weekend is too too much. Cheat days are useful, but defending them saying that eating clean for too long is ridiculous. Cheat days are only for mind not for body. If you need cheat days to make your metabolism faster, there's something wrong in your diet.

cheating one day of the week is perfectly fine..
whether you wanna do a clean cheat or a dirty one is based upon your will and your goals..
i personaly switch.. one cheat day ill stuff myself with what ever i want, the other ill overload on good carbs and fats..

I hear ya. I used to eat like shit, and never cared about macros, and shit.
My body can really feel a bad meal now. Whenever I eat crap, I feel like crap. Ive been having a few beers on the weekend, and a couple of cheat meals, but Im still feeling better, and dropping a few pounds.
