aight you diet guruus i need some help
aight so im 5'11 150lbs and a metabolism that burns like a ferrari
i would like a buliding diet bulid and im looking to eat alot better aswell
lol im not joking my diet consist of fast food and chips and such a day i love bread but it dose not stick what so ever so i can be safe i wont get fat LOL anyway if you guys can help me out on a good bulking bulid i would be ever so greatful
ps every sunday is a big italian dinner pasta veil etc so could sunday be a good cheat day lmfao
