Critique diet please......
this is what ive got together...im trying to loose BF...what do you think?
Weight=185
BF=20%ish
Goal=10% by next summer
im not hardcore YET...im just tweaking my diet as i learn and move on...i know its not perfect by along shot...but id like to know your thoughts..

08:00...45 mins low intensity run or bike..heart rate between 115-135BPM
Breakfast 09:15
3 Large Eggs scrambled...1 slice wholewheat toast...half a tablespoon marg...oats skim milk...splenda..desert spoon of udos choice oil...pint of water
Pre workout 11:15
Black Coffe...splenda...apple
11:30...weights for 1 hour then 30 mins low intensity cardio...BPM 115-135
Post workout 13:00
Pro shake whey,egg,caesin blend with water...banana
Dinner 14:15
6 egg whites scrambled...pint of water...dspoon udos choice
Tea 17:00
minced beef...peppers...red kidney beans...hot sauce...pint of water...dspoon udos choice
Pre Bed 19:30
chicken breast...half a wheat wrap...brocoli...hot sauce...pint of water...tablespoon of EVOO
Bed 22:30
Pro shake whey,egg,caesin blend with skim milk...1 wholwheat toast...tablespoon peanut butter...dspoon of udos choice.
Cals=2042...fat=107...carbs=168...pro=186

take the eggs yokes out, it will drop the fat. Pretty much its Cal in VS Cal Out.
Very simple stuff.
I believe 3200 cal = 1 pound of fat.

i dont mind haveing the fat from the yokes....its the best part of the egg...wey at the min anyway...when i get more strict ill look into it..

The above diet is what i have got up to after 8 weeks of diet and training.....i just like to give props to everyone on this site...
ive just finished 8 weeks of the above with morning cardio and after weights cardio.....im having week a off then back to another 8 weeks with new weight routine...i havent had any alchol at all in this time.....so going to have a good drink this weekend..LOL
Anyway....my results
22/06/09
Weight=84kg
Body Fat=21%
Stomache=40 inches
Today...
Weight=80.5kg
Bodyfat=19%
Stomache=38 inches
i know its not a considerable amount...but im very happy.....heres to another 8 weeks...

If i were you, i would try keto, when i come to 15%bf.

hey klimax.......thanks for the reply........i was actually thinking about doing carb cycling after the next 8 weeks....but il have a look into keto...if /when i hit 10%-12% im going to add clen ...but not till then.....
on another note.....i had a good drink lastnite and you know what??..its getting to a time in my life when i think i may be able to stop alltogether.......being drunk is pretty shit to be honest LOL.....
do you think that the rate im loseing is good?? or could i be doing better? not that im arsed about going quiker...

I think that so far is good. It obviously will become harder the more you drop your bf. In my opinion using cutting drugs, considering sides/benefits, is worth if you wanna have a lower bf than 10%.
