Input on veggies
I can not stand the taste of vegetables, so what I did was go out and buy some V8 low sodium drink. Will this be as good as eating my veggies? If not there is no way I will eat veggies. Is there anything I can use to get the vitamins my body needs if the V8 does not work?
1 can has 5.5 fluid oz
30 calories 0 cal from fat
80mg sodium compared to the 330mg from regular V8
570 mg potassium
7g carbs
1g fiber
6g sugars
1g protein
Vitamin A 25%
Vitamin C 80%
Calcium 2%
Iron 2%
Ingredients: Tomato Juice, water, carrots, celery, Beets, Parcley, lettuce, watercress, spinach, and the other salts and sugars extra added BS.

If you wanna salts and vitamins take pill with these substances. However you should remember that vitamins from vegetables are better assimilated by the body. Most of the pills are shit.

v8 does nothing for the fiberous negative caloric impact that a real veggie would do for you..
man up, eat up

yeah I figured most of the pills where shit. That is why I bought the V8. I also watched the Ronni Coleman Relentless Videos on Youtube and saw Ronnie won't eat his veggies either. He only takes the vitamins.
What Vitamins Pills are good if you know any?
I am also not really trying to take in much salt as I drink alot of water and don't really need the extra water weight.

Coleman is coleman. You should eat veggies and drink water, unless you need the extra weigth of more fat.
