    Meals

    hi im trying to cut bigtime at the moment and the fitness calculator says i should have a daily intake or 3218 cals a day, i assume to cut i need less than this so roughly how many should i be intaking and around how many meals and/or snacks should i be dividing these cals into? thanks for any advice!

    no one will put a diet together for you...youl have to help your self first...

    watch these...u will get agood understanding of what you shoul be doing.

    then post up a diet...and people will point you in the right direction..

    500 calories a day below maintenance is a good starting point for cutting. Hopefully that helps you design something in the right caloric range.
