im getting ready to start my first cycle of test and anavar but i need help wit my diet. i work nights in a resturant were i have unlimited access to chicken, steak, and pork.
I take full advantage of this and load up with chicken and steak. at home during the mourning and afternoon i eat alot of eggs, tuna and random things my wife cooks. i have a huge appetite and can eat throughout the day.
my question is are ther certain times before or post workouts i should be eating certain things to optimize protein intake and mass building.
