    questions about how to cut diet by rambo

    he give an example meal plan for cutting

    first meal
    lean protein and 1/2 cup oatmeal

    2ndmeal
    protein shake lean protein 2tbsp of flax

    3rdmeal
    veggies and lean protein

    workout

    4th meal
    PWO Nutrion 40 to 60 grams of whey protein and double that amount of whey in carbs 50% dextrose 50% maltodetrin

    5thmeal
    veggies lean protein 1/2 cup of rice or oatmeal

    6th meal
    protein shake 2 tbsp flax


    my questions are if i followed this plan how much lean protein should i have for each meal should it be 4oz 6oz? And when he talks about whey in carbs dextrose and maltodetrin is a powder suppliment ? i have to double it compared to the 40 to 60 grams of protein so thats 80 to 120 grams of dextrose and maltodetrin so that would be 40 and 40 grams or 60 and 60 grams of each dextrose and maltodetrin after a workout and can someone recomend which whey protein powder to but because they make so many what would be the best for me when needing get 40 to 60 grams a day thankyou to everyone and anyone who can help

    I would think u could just put in enuff lean protein in for your goals. if your shooting for 1.5g protein per lbs and u are 200lbs do enuff lean meats to get u 300grams
