my questions are if i followed this plan how much lean protein should i have for each meal should it be 4oz 6oz? And when he talks about whey in carbs dextrose and maltodetrin is a powder suppliment ? i have to double it compared to the 40 to 60 grams of protein so thats 80 to 120 grams of dextrose and maltodetrin so that would be 40 and 40 grams or 60 and 60 grams of each dextrose and maltodetrin after a workout and can someone recomend which whey protein powder to but because they make so many what would be the best for me when needing get 40 to 60 grams a day thankyou to everyone and anyone who can help
