Anyway, I started my cut around june, weighin 270 with 22-24% BF. It is now august and I am 218lbs, 12% BF. Just thought I'd let everybody know my short story.

For the first 4 weeks:
Mon-Wed
45 min cardio
Meal 1
7 omeg3 eggs
½ cup oatmeal
Meal 2
2 scoops whey w/water
Meal 3
9oz turkey
6oz yams
Workout/30 min cardio
Meal 4 Post workout
2 scoops whey w/water
1oz almonds
Meal 5
9oz turkey
4 oz yams
Meal 6
8oz turkey
1oz almonds
1cup veggies
Meal 7
6 omeg3 eggs
Thurs-Sat
45 min cardio
Meal 1
6oz steak
¾ cup grits
Meal 2
2 scoops whey w/water
Meal 3
9oz tilapia
5oz potatoes
Workout/30 min cardio
Meal 4 Post workout
2 scoops whey w/water
1 tbsp omeg3 peanut butter
Meal 5
9oz tilapia
1oz almonds
Meal 6
8oz tilapia
1 cup veggies
Meal 7
9 egg whites
Sunday=OFF

Yeah really I got a cut coming up in uhh march lol but i would still like to see it. Use anything special? clen ect..
wait in 2 months you lose 12% body fat? what did you use for a body comp
I didn't take my bf, my trainer did using a caliper. It wasn't exactly 2 months, respectively, about 10weeks

im glad you lost the weight but that was a bit too fast and unhealthy.. u lost an average of 5lbs a week... 3lbs too much imo..
