Hadnt seen much talk about beans around here. Are they a good carb source? Personally I eat quite a bit as its a great companion to most meats. One of my favorite quick meals is a can of tuna mixed with black beans and brown rice, then topped off with hot sauce...very tasty. I usually eat black beans, the low sodium version. Just wondering what the experts thought about them/if they use them alot in their diets. Only negative I see is the gas, and damn can it be potent lol
