    Cutting/Morning Workout/Carbs

I understand that the majority of your carbs when cutting come from your 2 PWO meals, with the remainder coming from breakfast. My first PWO meal is a shake with dextrose and the second PWO is actual food. I workout in the morning around 10 or 11 am, with my second PWO meal at about 1:00pm. Does this mean that I should have little to no carbs for the rest of the day, or do I need to adjust for the morning workouts? Most of the examples I've searched have workouts with PWO's in the evenings.

    Thanks.

What time to do you get up. Carbs should be breakfast, pre and post workout. (cutting)

    PWO- post workout meal
    PPWO- post post workout meal

I try to get up around 7:00am but have a newborn at home so it ends up being more like 8:00am so my first meal is around that time.

I can sometimes hit a second meal before I get to the gym. My pwo and ppwo are about 11:00am and 1:00pm. I leave for work at 1:20pm.

I'll cut the dextrose but still not sure about cutting out carbs for the rest of the day.

    Thanks.....
