When will your body burn muscle for fuel when you are on a keto diet?
I've never done keto, but I do know that the reason that you take in healthy fats along with each meal is to counter that problem so no, as long as you're eating every 2-4 hours and getting pro/fat meals then you won't burn muscle.
Thanks for the replies what I wanna know is after I lift I do cardio since I was carb depleted to begin with if I do low intensity cardio will it burn fat or start taking muscle?
