Ok couple question been doing this diet as close as possible for about 2 weeks now. my weight is staying the same. i havent been doing my cardio has hardcore as i should but i am going to start that this week for sure. even tho my weight is staying the same i could still be loosing BF right. im thinking about going into the Aid station today and geting taped to see my BF to see if it went down.
another question is the kinda carbs im taking in are they alright. whole wheat bread bagel, sweet potato baked potato oats.
also ground cinnamon has no macro correct cause i add it to my oats in the morning and my protein shake.
I am for sure geting stronger i can feel the difference and can see the difference in my muscles. but im wanting to drop the BF fast. its might be that im slacking on my cardio which im going to improve this week and see how i do.
Please let me know what you guys think and what i can improve.
