    I have carbs higher during bulk but eat clean carbs instead to decrease the chances of fat gain, mostly sweet potatoes, there are my main stay and there is a reason for this..

    Don't know your stats BUT...

    ditch the wheat bread go with grain bread like ezekiel which is found in the diet section of the grocery store in the freezer.

    Add in sweet potato to meal 3 prior to your workout. Get around 300gs IMO

    Implement more fish oil for fats and less olive oil, eat some red meat (95% lean, include the fat in to your total), add in some whole o m e g a 3 eggs for the morning.

    I really hate red meat that's why I don't include it in my diet. How many whole eggs should I add for breakfest and how many grams of carbs does a sweet potato have?

    Just some suggestions, red meat is great for bulking and muscle gains.

    2 whole eggs should cover it, read the nutrition facts in order to formulate it.

    Google the sweet potato thing

    So, sweet potato's have about 31g/carbs. That would put me at 245g/carb. I should be fine if I do the things you mentioned or should I still try to up the carbs to about 300? It's kinda hard eating all this food though, basically have to force feed myself all day long.

    Sorry couldn't tell the sweet pot thing off the top of my head

    Well I don't know your stats or your activity level so there is no way to know if it should be enough protein/carbs/fats and calories

    You may be ok, you'll know if your not if your aren't gaining. But definitely wanna add in that sweet potato pre workout.

    Anyway gonna sign off now. Gotta go get things ready for my comp on Saturday. Others should be through to help you out

    Just my two cents - your PWO is lacking... You should be eating a TON after your work-outs. I'd definitely make meal 4;

    6oz. Chicken Breast
    1 cup White Rice
    1/2 cup Lima Beans

    Also - I agree with Reed, replace the olive oil.
