i would like you guys to critique my macro's: Have to post them to critique them. The thing below is not enough, that could be fast food for all we know.
Calories are around the 3500 mark. My protein intake is around 300-350 grams, carbs will be around 300 grams and fat intake around 100 gram mark
most of my carbs will be low gi
i know that protein intake is right but what about carbs and fat. Is it too little or much?
I do boxing training 4-5 times a week and get at least 7 hours walking in a week
